I purchase the scarf from Jill's deal on the Today Show on 12/3. Magaschoni charged my credit card the same day. It shows on my account that they ordered a UPS with a tracking number but when you go to UPS it was never officially dropped off at UPS or picked up. I emailed the customer service on 12/17 asking where my order was and they never responded so I emailed them again today and still nothing. The Today Show and Jill's Deals need to be aware of their items they promote because I see other people have had similar situations with other Jill's Deals. I don't see where they were resolved either.
