I was called and offered a savings plan free to review on Dec 13th and said I had seven days to review it which only got today Dec 19th and I called them and they said my seven days and charged me a none-refundable fee of 24.95 on my debit account and refused to reimburse me for it. They said they weren't responsible for the delay in the U.S. Postal system which neither do I.
