I signed up to see if the site was legit and they automatically charged my credit card $99.00 for "bids" I called customer service and told them I did not want to be charged as I was just looking and wanted to cancel. I was told they could not refund my money and that they would give me more bids instead. I told them I did not want more bids and did not want to sign up. They put me on hold which eventually disconnected. I never was able to get a live person again after many attempts.
