I searched the web for a "supposedly" reputable company for hair care product. I order in large volume because of cost effectiveness. This company sent me a confirmation email saying my product would be here in 4-6 weeks. My credit card was charged but I never received the product. I sent numerous emails (6) out to them to track the product and did not receive any response. I tried to call the telephone number on the website and it has been disconnected. Any suggestions on getting my money back. I should of found this webiste earlier (before ordering). I would like recommedation on how to get my money back.
