I ordered a jersey from dallascowboysjerseystore.com and after my order was accepted and I printed my receipt, a website named hotgauze.com came up. I assumed it was a popup of some kind.
The day after I had ordered, the Fraud Division of my bank called me as there had been alot of transactions on my account. I had been ordereding on line for xmas. All of the charges were accurate except I had a charge from hotgauze.com for 90.22 and my receipts said 89.99. I told the fraud person about the popup and since the charge was pending, she suggested I contact dallascowboysjerseystore.com and hotgauze. Come to see what was going on. They have since reversed the charge and also the bank charge for 2.71 which they charged for an international transaction. I just had a bad feeling and I guess I was correct. Today when I went to see if the jersey had been mailed even after the back charge-I could not go into the website. I googled the company name and so your alert. Thanks for making me feel like I was right to be suspicious.
