D.R. D awards had me send a check for $19.00 and have not won my payment i sent a check twice NY, Maryland

I Nicole Anderson am very disapointed in this D.R. D they had me send two 19.00 checks on two dsifferent times and i have not recieved anything i do not know who to turn too or what to do but something needs to done if a million poeple send 19.00 than they are the actual winners. Something needs to done peolpe are having hard as it is
