I received an email that said we'd been "selected for the 2011 Best of Alexandria Award in the Continuing Education category by the US Commerce Association (USCA)." and that
"USCA identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community " We are not a continuing education organization (but standards setting & certification body) and we don't even do any marketing - part of the "criteria" for the award. I did not click on their link but Googled the organization - where I saw this Scambook Report from someone else.
