Purchased trial of Rejuvanew eye cream and Perfect Radiance Anti-wrinkle Serum for the amount of 5.95. Two more subsequent amounts were taken from my account to the cost of 160 euro. These transactions were not authorized. I rang the customer care helpline and argued with one of their support advisors, she denied that this was unauthorized and that I had agreed to it. Minutes later I quoted the Irish Consumer Protection Act 2007 and referred to their product as a 'Misleading and False Advertisement'. The moment I mentioned this she agreed to refund the money taken from my card and has said that I will recieve an e-mail within the next 24 hours with details. The refund should take 7-10 days.
I also contacted my Credit Card company and informed them of this. It's imperative for anyone that's been affected by these people to do so.

Argue with them and tell them of their false advertising. Hopefully it comes through. Don't forget to get the name of the person you were dealing with just in case.
