Josh Levy of Capstone Realty Investments (not legal to operate in Colorado) contacted me today via email in response to an ad I have on the Internet to sell Colorado real estate I own. This is the 2nd time he has contacted me. He posed as a buyer each time. I responded to his email and answered his questions. He followed up shortly thereafter telling me he buys real estate and to go to a website to provide specific information. Red flag. The website address provided does not work, but automatically is forwarded to another website. His email address does NOT match either of the websites.
This person operates under 3 different company names and websites. None are legal to operate in Colorado.
I recommend you contact your state attorney general office to file a formal complaint if you are contacted by any of the following:
