Thought this would be a good starter netbook for my daughter, so I ordered it on Black Friday. I looked back on the web for them just last week, and their site was down, like gone. Couldn't pull it up. So today I receive an email stating that my order has shipped! Wth! I sent an email to their customer service knowing that I probably won't hear anything back stating how unhappy I am. Then I find out it costs more to send it back than it's worth (25% restocking fee), so it looks like I'll be stuck with it! Not giving them anymore money. Period.
