No construction permit for city of toronto, no drawings for major house construction, no ESA site license, no ESA inspection report, no Ontario plumbing inspection, suspected no City of Toronto general contractor license. I don't know whether he had insurance for the construction. Also, suspect he used unlicensed plumbers and electricians.
He was sent to me by my Ontario licensed mortgage broker, working hand in glove. I wonder about other people on this complaint, who recommended him to you? Your mortgage broker? Who is he/she?
