I ordered a netbook advertised as $79.99 said would ship in 7 to 10 days. Got a confirmation email for my order, never heard anything, sent an email to them because they have no tracking information on their website. They responded with a tracking number and contact numbers just like some of the other people on 12/13. I want something done to this company ether they return our money or send us a valid product... Who can tell me what we can do?
