I'm still waiting for a resolution to my transaction with them. Basically this is a company that is stealing from people. The mailing label they email for you to use has no real tracking information on it. The USPS will deliver but there's no way for you to track it once it's been mailed. It's been 6 days since I mailed the cards and there's "no record" of the shipment. This is not normal to see 6 days later. It would have to get scanned at some point after being collected. The customer service department is pretty much useless. I emailed to ask whether or not the tracking function was working and got a simple response of "we have not received your gift cards". Well, thanks for the update, but that's not what I asked you. After reading many other experiences others have had, I now know that I'm probably in for a fight to get the money agreed upon. Take it from me - just don't bother with this site. Forget it exists, never do business with them and avoid the website entirely.
