I bought a set of three products from a television ad, which by the way are rubbish, then without ordering another bottle of serum arrived and I flew to my on line bank account and sure enough there was a debit unauthorised for £74.95. I called my bank's fraud line and they were so helpful, they are cancelling the payment and I am to send to serum back recorded delivery with a stern letter saying not to try this on again.
