I ordered the "Trial offer" and subsequently paid the amount for the 2 products of Eye Cream & Perfect Radiance Wrinkle Serum. The samples arrived and I commenced using then. THEN! Wow! What a shock to receive a full bottle of the latter in the post and an automatic (unauthorised) debit of $74.95 USD. On 4.11.2011. To add further insult, I note on my Bank Statement another debit for $51 USD on 17.11.2011. I have NOT taken delivery of the 2nd product (Australia). I have found that there are numerous complaints EXACTLY THE SAME... Consumers beware!
