Inquired on the "Let Go" was based off of no reasons. Stating i was medling with peoples' business; inquired on that, he said "None of my Business." Stating i was doing something not right on the computers; inquired on that, he said "None of my business." Then states he is going to do a investigation on the reports and if need the Police would be involved.inquired on that, once again he says "None of my business."
Correct me if i am wrong, but isn't their suppose to be a reason on behalf of this company that appreciated my work and dare say that they can never trust me again. Dare say what other people are saying and instigate on the situation, but doesn't follow through? Let me understand why companys that work in AZ think they have the right to fire someone just because.
I took the time to check out the meaning for RIGHT-TO-WORK; Primarily no person is denied work if not joined through a union and states, "Right To Work essentially means that no one can be compelled to join a union, nor can employment be withheld because of membership or non-membership in a union, and further that it is a matter of choice for employer, employee and the production." Well i ask, where does it state about terminated just because? I looked and can't find it can you please prove me wrong so i know that i am never right when i am?
