San Diego realtors Tony Troxel, Barbara Bolla aka Barbara Troxel, and Child Molesting witness Ken Bourke are in San Diego Superior Court for comitting a hata crime against a neighbor. Each Tony Troxel, Barbara Bolla, Barbara Troxel all lied during their deposition stating they did not enter the property of the victim to assault her. What they didn't know is their conduct was caught on tape! This case is now in trial.
After watching the news about the San Diego hate crime, http://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/Woman-Sues-Neighbor-Over-Racial-Slurs-Abuse-135114613.html if they have the case on video and sent this woman to the hospital, I hope the jury awards a lot of money to send a message to other people who believe they can victimize people without consequence. The message is clear, enough is enough.
