Ripoff Illegally removed $296.00 from my checking account using a debit card

I found out that Moonlight Marketing had removed $296.00 from my checking account without my permission. My bank gave me the phone number of the company making the deduction, which was Alliance Payment Technology (800) 675-1330 who has agreed to refund my money. I would like to file criminal charges against Moonlight Marketing and then sue them for the agony they have caused me. I had to cancel a birthday party due to their actions.
