Hi I tried to follow up on my original post, After my inital report to scam book I emailed Dealfun once again (2 time) today I recieved an email with reguards to my complaints, this is a small part of the email addresing the issue with the timer remaining at 1sec
In regards to the auction timer, usually this is due to Internet lag times, or data transfer delays between your PC and our servers. This will happen if certain parts of the connection are overloaded. This also might occur if you are using a slow Internet connection, or if the connection has been lost.

We're very sorry that the DealFun's servers did not register your bid in time. Please see the tips below to help minimize this problem:
• While bidding on DealFun, do not simultaneously download/upload large amounts of data (video, audio, software, or other large files) on the Internet. This includes sending/receiving large email attachments.
• Make sure not too many people are using your same connection to the Internet.
• Don't wait until the last second to place a bid. Remember time will be added to the clock for any last-second bids.
• Use the Bid-Buddy function.

I recommend that you clear out your cache and cookies as this greatly helps to reduce this type of issue from occurring. As Well when I came home today in the mail was an order to go to my local post office to pick up my parcel, they apologized and credited me with an extra 75 bids to my account
