This company took $30.00 from my account on 12/7 unauthorized, causing my account to be overdrawn with another fee of $27.00. I've called four times today: The first time it was busy, the second and third they kept me on hold with the repeated "Your call is important, please be patient... Etc, etc" for five to six minutes and then hung up on me. This time, I've spoken with someone who barely speaks English and says that this is a one time application fee that is authorized, which I never agreed to. I'm waiting (for ten minutes now) for her supervisor to come to the phone. I also already filed a complaint with my bank.
