Last month in November i was online as the rest of you, shopping for quick loan and then saw a charge in my account the same day on 11/11 for the PMC Club fee $99.49, i canceled per the instruction on their website and kept the cancellation letter that states i will receive a refund w / in 30 days. Nothing yet??? I have called as of today 4 times and now just emailed them regarding my refund. If you need the the web address to email them - www.supportpmcmembership.com and click on "email" it will ask for your name, phone number, your order number and explaination. The BBB needs to shut them down for unauthorized w/drawls from everyone's account who was looking for a loan online. Mk
