I ordered two items one month ago and i didn´t received nothing yet. I´m constantly sending emails to them and they don´t answer except once. They said that the items had some problems in the customs and I should wait 10 days more. Those 10 days end in 12th december and the ship state of my items in their site still pending. I would like to know if there´s any chance go get my money back or do a complait to some organization of client´s rights.
