I am responding to another proudsale.com victim. I ordered and paid for an electronic item and am still waiting. So far everything that victim has stated is similar to my experience. As they claim you have to wait 10 days to clear through customs and 3 to 5 days to get to the USA. I requested the tracking number per contract and they have yet to provide the tracking number for 15 days. I will wait another 5 business days and give an update if no response from them. They have Coco, Li and Yanhong as their so called representatives and sellers.
