I was toold by a nasty woman to shut up and hang up the phone when I called for the results of this company evaluating my heater. I have a two year old and my wife is deployed. This is shamefull!

I have a two year old that needs Heat. I contacted Cool& Cozy to evaluate my heater. They came out 4 Nov. I recived no info for days. When I called Nov 7th I was greated by a nasty woman who told me to contact my insuance company. Than said "hang up the phone" My wife is deployed and I don't need that. I can't bealive she cashed my chech of $60.00
