I got the phone call at work, i was told they would take $149.00 out the following saturday. The next week take 100.00 out for my voucher for the rent-a-car. Well it never made it that far. First they did not take my money out until the following thrusday. That told me right there that they are not good. So i canciled my credit card. I got a new number, they were not going to take another dime from me. I was wronged because they didnt do what they said they were going to do. I have tried many time to cancil even before i got my etourantravel package they kept telling me to wait for it. So i waited for it. Then the same day i got it i wanted to cancil the lady was very rude i ask to talk to a mangager. She put me on hold for a a few minutes. Never said anything to me, just put me on hold. So i hung up got online an started to look up etourantravel.com, seen all these complaints. Wow. Then i seen you an here i am i hope you can help me..
