This man is truly sorry! When I filed for child support in 1991, he calimed that he didn't have steady employment and couldn't pay more than $25 a week. The judge ordered that he pay $125 per month until he completed a financial statement and the amount would then be either lowered or increased.
Leonard Albert Davis then moved from Denver, Colorado back home to Baltimore, Maryland and didn't work for 3 years. This way there was no way for the state of Colorado to locate him and the child support case was closed becuase he could not be located.
I asked him several times for support over the last 12 years and he says that as long as his son, Brandon, has a roof over his head, clothes on his back and food in his stomach (at my expense) then there's no need for him to pay support. He is a bus driver with Baltimore MTA and I am going after him this year... He will pay.
