Paid for Nonexistent Car Warranty and Dealer Left State

Pd for a car warranty that has never existed and wasn't available when needed and person who sold me the car has left Massachusetts to New Hampshire and refuses to respond to us and has stated another dealership there and has cases pending cases in Brockton District Court for similar reasons. We need help.
