The Maricopa County Superior Court Probate Division is sustaining a hoax created by an unruly and corrupt lawyer to sanction individuals they find objectionable to the Court cases being processed.
They use the term: "Fiduciary Graded Accounting" as a ruse to cause both emotional and financial injury to the party who cannot fulfill the accounting requirements by lodging sanctions and contempt proceedings. This is another wrinkle in the Probate Court in Maricopa County Arizona destroying and injuring people whom they have an axe to grind.
However, a class action law suit in Federal District Court, District of Arizona is pending for filing quite soon.
