My wifeand I were in SC on thanksgiving vacation and decided to look at rv's so we went to Camping World in Myrtle Beach. W found an rv that we liked and talked to a salesman, who showed us several other campers. W asked if they would take a 32' boat in on trade and they said yes.
We talked trade value and they told us they would give 9300.00 for trade value without even going to look at the boat. I let them know that we had to get the title placed in our name as we just bought the boat and have not had a chance to transfer the title. The sales man said that was not a problem and to try to get it done as soon as we got home as we live in GA. We signed papers and got the loan, We have a bill-of-sale and we gave Camping World a Bill-of-sale for the boat.
Tommy Traylor has since sent someone to the boat to start the boat (does not know anythins about about boats) and look it over. Tommy Traylor called me and said they could not give what they said they would give for the boat and wants to give less because they will have to start paying rental fees and the boat needs a little TLC.
The rv place made a deal site unseen and know want to backout. We are not going to let them backout and will get in touch with the DA's office and let them know what is going onand ask for any imput about this trans action. Any and all imput would be greatly accepted.
