My Capital One Credit Card was charged $49.95 for no reason.
My CC company says I have to pay it while investigated or I will be charged interest on that amount if I deduct it from my payment. This has happened several times with different "scam" companies. I am sick of it.
What can be done to fine or punish these groups?
