I took out a loan with 123 wages and for some reason i was charged. 05 on nov. 30 and refunded it on the same day by this ilenders company. Then on dec. 06, they took out $30.00. I spoke with a representative (a foreign) from ilenders and he stated that it was written in the disclosure that a one time $30.00 finance charge will be debited from my account. I haven't seen a disclosure yet. My account was overdrawn and i hade to close my account and open another one after i paid the $30.00. I will be doing some further investigating on this for sure.
