I inquired about a loan on line about 3 weeks ago after finding there was no loan available on line that suit my needs i ended my search only to check my account and see that there is a $30 transaction on my account that was completely unauthorized. I never did an electronic signature or signed any documents accepting a loan or authorizing a transaction of any kind on my account. I am defiantly upset. I was told my money would be refunded in 4-7 business days. I will be contacting the authorities and the better business bureau.
