Lendingbooth Loan
I was charged $39.25 for a Loan, I had no knowledge of receiving

Q1I was on line trying to see what the best deal I could get for a $200.00
I need the cash right away. I started the application process for Lending booth, but, I never finished it and never signed with my electronic signature, I just logged out of the site. Someone had called
and said, I need to finish the application by signing my signature.
I said to them, that I was no longer interested in the loan and to
please remove my information, they replied yes. This evening 8/9/13
I just happen to check this account and seen there was a $210.00
deposit from LendingBooth Loan on 7/30 and a debit from LendingBooth on 8/5 and a finance charged for $39.25 also in 8/5. If I had never looked into this account for another reason
I would not have known the $210.00 was in my account. I called LendingBooth when I saw this. I spoke with Syliva (refused to give her last name or ID number). I explained to
her that I did not know about this money and never used it and never
signed for it, so why was I charged $39.25, she said you do not have
to do an electronic signature. I said that is not fair, she said that is how I company works. I asked to speak to someone higher then her, after a wait of nearly twenty minutes she had someone else come to
the phone. Eric, I explained the same thing to him, and he give me
the same answer as Sylvia, Eric also refused to give his last name or
ID number. The only thing I want from this company is a check for $39.25 and all my information erased from their system.
