Purchased boots using my Paypal account, but haven't received them. I did a search for fraud info on this vendor before my purchase, but did not find anything suspicious. This website (http://www.websitelooker.com/owner/baomin_rao) showed Baomin Rao as the name of the website owner and listed several other websites also owned by the same person. Since the website was created at the beginning of the year and there were no scam reports listed, I felt safe making the purchase. First clue something was wrong was the problems with the links to their privacy policy and another link they needed "toggled" before making the sale. I sent an email and they registered me as a user - sent me this pretty legit email in return:

The "detailed invoice" they linked in the email was in Chinese. After two weeks with no boots, I translated the invoice and discovered it was a tech-help memo - not my invoice. I emailed the company last week to find out what happened with my order. Obviously, nobody responded.
I will be reporting this to PayPal & GoDaddy and anyone else who I think needs to know in order to shut this person down for good.
