I stumbled across an add saying get a free sample for $1.99 of Juveneu anti wrinkle serum so I purchased this and thought no more about it until another product arrived in the mail three weeks later. I looked at my bank statement and $177.38 had been taken out... I rang the firm and couldn't understand the first person at all so I think it was out in India or something and he ended up hanging up on me. I rang again and couldn't really understand the second person but she offered me a better cream and I just said take no money out of my account take me off your mailing list!!! I will go down to the bank tomorrow... This has happened to hundreds of people we need to get out money back...
