This was the first time they took £74.95 from my bank account (14th nov. 2011) then the day before my sons 19th birthday they took another £74.95 (3rd dec. 2011) im so not happy what can i do as im only on benefits now have no money to get me through the week and i've got 2 young girls to care for.
