Told me I qualified for interest reduction on home loan, for $1,000, they would handle everything with bank. Sent them full financial report, then told I needed to be delinquent on mortgage before they could help me. Not told any of this up front, I am senior citizen and just lost my wife. Sent in all paperwork on 08/05.
