I received an email saying Integris could help me get my mortgage rate reduced. I expressed interest and was contacted by phone and was sent paperwork to fill out, which I did. The required fee was $2700 which I borrowed. Then all of this paperwork was turned over to my mortgage company, with a contact name. I was told at that time that my mortgage was not eligible for rate reduction because it is a MICHDA loan, and that I never would have had to pay any fee at all to apply for a reduction, which I was denied. When I tried to contact the people I had worked with from Integris, I found their emails and phone numbers were no longer in service. Through more investigation I found other people had the same complaints that I had, and the owners of Integris now only run it as a high interest loan company.
