They sent me a letter stating that they would send the same letter to harvey and he would have to be the one to send their portion of the deposit back to me since he was the one to sent it to them. I even sent him a copy just to know he recieved it. The next day harvey had a dementia moment. He didn't remember telling me that. Lucky for me i had a family member in the car with me and they heard him. I informed him that i had a witness. He yelled at me and hung the phone up on me and would not answer his phone.
