In the summer of 2003 i contacted Harvey Mayo (aka-HMDESIGN) to build a Time Machine miniature model as well as an Exact replica Tantalus box like the one used in the movie. I paid him 50% down and work was to begin. Two months later Harvey called and said because of "personal problems" he needed more of the money. I sent him the remainder with the understanding he was working on my projects only.
After two years i had had enough of his excuses. I sent a private pickup and shipping company to pivk up the Time Machine model, when it arrived it was 75% complete and Harvey claimed he needed more time. I then asked about the Tantalus box. I have not heard from Harvey in a year and a half.
He will not answer the phone or return emails. I filed a law suit in 2006 against Harvy Mayo and Hmdesign and was awarded a default judgement against him. He refused to answer demand letters as well as summons by the court. I am now entering the collection phase of the judgement
