International awrd payment center told me to pay $25 to enter a compaction and by entering i had one $15000 or $1000.00

I got rip off by a. T lee is his name i think by offering me like entering a lottery and if i paid $25 i had one $15000 and he was waiting for my money so he could send me a cheq and on the winning list was more people that had one from Australia.
