Ordered 1 african mango and 1 metaburn at what I thought was a few dollars, but in a couple of weeks was charged full price and automatically sent another bottle of metaburn for the full price. As well. Total cost has been 243.71. That was in late May.in early June called the number on the bottle explained that this was not what I had agreed to. They said I could return the bottle (in separate packaging) with an RMA# for each. Which I did. They said my charge card would be credited. Didn't happen. Have called each month since July and get the same line, " Sorry for the inconvenience, we will sent your request to the corporate office". We are now into December and tonight they tell me that their records show they have reimbursed me. Not True! Again they will send my request to the corporate office. I asked for the phone number or address of their corporate office and they said they do not have that information to give. I will now contact the BBB and ask for their advice and will also contact my credit card company to see if there is something that can be done through them.
