I ordered Ugg classic short boots in grey paisley for my neices Christmas present. I was trying to get an update on the order and their website has totally Disappeared! I received an email from sitecomplaint.com right after I placed the order saying to go thru them if I had any issues. I sent them an email and have not received any response. I wish I had seen the complaints before I purchased! Ugghhhh! What do I do now? Am I just out the $121.02?
