An agent called my celll phone from a number that showed up 91794. I must have repeated myself 20 times informing them that i was not interested and do not process anything from their company from my account. This company received my information from the internet while i was applying for an emergency loan. The agent whose name was Robert, informed me that he already processed a loan in the amount of $1500.00 to my account that i supposedly athorized, in which I did not, howeveri told him again and again I do not want to borrow any cash from their company and hung up the phone. The agent repeatedly called me back to inform me that I needed to take down the customer service number and that he would then tranfer me to a loan officer to cancel the loan process. The phone was then diconnected and of course he did not call back this time. Money was taken from my account for this merchandise credit line and I received nothing in return. I need this money back and I don't know how to get it seeing how no one answers their customerr service line ever.
