I sent away for the so called free trial. Next thing I know the money was taken from my account, without my authorisation. The three week trial was not even completed. I am a pensioner and the3m taking this money from my account meant that I could not pay my power account, and have since been disconnected. I cannot afford to get it turned back on. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They must NOT have a concience.
