This website claims to provide many different electronics ranging from apple products to HTC products and so on. They mostly sell electronics. When you inquire about a potential purchase Anthony Chao, the only representative for the company, claims that they only accept MoneyGram, Western Union, and T/T. Funny enough these are all payment methods that are not buyer protected. I made my purchase after much hesitation, and they sent out the package and even gave me a tracking number. I live in toronto canada, the tracking number was for a package arriving in Jessup, Maryland in the united states... interesting. Nevertheless, Mr. Chao had a reason for this, there was a problem with the customs and they would be recovering the package within a few days. Then I waited and no change. I demanded a refund, and Mr. Chao said that customs would wire the refund by the end of the month with a direct Bank Transfer... Why does customs deal with his refunds? I told him that made no sense, and a persisted to claim that he has sent the funds to customs and they will wire the refund. Why he can't wire the refund? I do not know. And I probably never will know as the refund will never come. It has been almost a month since my refund request and still no luck. Even though he claims it is coming. I should have done more research before putting trust into this "company" if it can even be called that. So just a warning, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM pronto-deal.com
