I found a debit to my checking account that was processed on 11/18. The debit was for $0.01. When I inquired at my credit union, they produced a copy of a check made payable to CC Global. The address is 1060 5th St. E., Santa Ana, CA 92706. Under the address it says: "Future Debit Verification, Call us if error 866-853-6797". I called the number from my work and it goes directly to voicemail. The signature block says: "Authorized by (my name)". The memo line says: "1450752". My credit union has turned it over to their third party security company to investigate.
