I entered into an agreement with Regency Capital solutions with the intent on receiving a 7500 dollar loan. The terms seemed reasonable. I sent an initial amount of 824.70 for the first five months of the loan amount. All was approved, supposedly, and the release of the funds to my bank account was predicated on a brokerage fee being paid, in addition to the 824.70. So I paid it and sent it via moneygram. I have not seen the loan proceeds deposited to my bank account yet. The additional brokerage fee was 700 dollars. This all took place and completed on November 29. I am still waiting for my money and out of pocket payments.
