Check your register receipts. I have had only one correct in three months! Today, 3 items of 10 were mismarked at the Louetta/Steubner Airline Store. The staff is extremely rude. Especially the Customer Service Desk. When told that specific items were ringing up wrong, they only offered 'attitude' and never corrected anything. I have experienced this 'I don't care" attitude from both Debra and Jessica H. Clearly, not helpful and stood there talking about customers. Clearly not like the other HEB's in the area. This store is bad news and poorly managed.
