I ordered and paid for a coffee roaster with all the trimings for a sum of US$5000 plus delivery. I waited 3 months for the product, had numerous emails about testing etc and the delivery took a month after despatch to Australia. When it arrived it was NOT what I ordered, it is not even worth $500 and I cannot get a reply, money back or any form of contact.
